Chetwode’s consolidated expertise in the valuation of industrial assets enables us to offer solutions to companies with a financial leverage considered too high by traditional financial partners.
Various international vendor finance transactions (leasing/renting) concluded in Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, the Middle East, Japan, Mexico, and Brazil.
With international vendor finance, the exporter offers its foreign customers the opportunity to purchase its product with a financing solution from a local financial partner identified by Eptagon.
Therefore, the payment deferral—often requested by foreign customers for the acquisition of the goods—does not weigh on the exporter’s cash flow. In many cases, vendor finance is also a faster, more flexible, and less expensive solution than other solutions (buyer credit, supplier credit)
Advisor for various M&A transactions (buy & sell side) in various sectors such as maritime transport, logistics, engineering & construction
